Bupa Arabia wins e-business award16 June 2008Using texting technology has earned Bupa Arabia an e-business accolade in the region’s premier annual awards ceremony. Tal Nazer, managing director of Bupa Arabia said: “This award recognises both the outstanding achievements of the medical insurance sector in Saudi Arabia, as well as Bupa’s performance as a world-class company providing world-class services to our customers and partners. Being selected to this prestigious award is an honour for any global insurance company”. The 4th Middle East Insurance Awards is the region’s only industry award-giving body dedicated to recognising the achievements of the insurance industry in the region. Further honours Bupa Arabia has received recently are the ‘Best Medical Insurance Company’ by the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry Health Committee (April 2008), the No. 8 Best Company Work Environment in KSA and the Best Call Quality Award in the 2007 Middle East Call Centre Awards.
